PROJECT: crEATe. When you sign up to receive information about PROJECT: crEATe  you provide us with your name, address, phone number and email. All information is confidential and is not sold to third parties. It is for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding upcoming PROJECT: crEATe events.

Artist’s. When you sign up to share your stories on The Starving Artist’s Diet (TSAD): Artist Stories you provide us with your name, address, phone number and email. All information is confidential and is not sold to third parties. It is for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding upcoming Starving Artist’s Diet events and information regarding the stories you share.  You authorize that all stories sent to The Starving Artist’s Diet’s website are original to you and that you are providing The Jackodile Press, Jack Lugar, and The Starving Artist’s Diet the right to publish said stories in future editions of TSAD or derivative works of TSAD.

Content. One of the primary reasons artist’s use The Starving Artist’s Diet Artist Stories is to share content with others. Examples include when you share a story, upload or take a photo, upload or record a video, share a link, make a comment. If you do not want us to store metadata associated with content you share on the Artist’s Stories blog (such as photos), please remove the metadata before uploading the content. We retain the right to edit the material uploaded to ensure it is formatted to the same style as TSAD and is not objectionable by the editor’s standard. To share your recipes contact recipes@starvingartistsdiet.com.  By providing content to TSAD, you are granting TSAD the right to use the content in all forms of media in perpetuity in relation to TSAD and derivative works. In exchange TSAD will provide you with a pdf copy of any hardbound publication using your original content.

Contact Information. You may provide contact information so that people who view your story may contact you. This is your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for any communications that result from providing your contact information publicly on TSAD Artist’s Stories blog. If you prefer to post anonymously, we must have a release form on file with your contact information and anonymous name.

Minors. We can only take stories from adults, those artist’s who are 18 years of age or older. By posting to the Artist’s Stories blog you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
